Our Department
The FWBHS Theatre department Strives to provide meaningful, educational, and fun theatrical performances in the Okaloosa County area. The department consists of all grade levels and is an interconnected group of young artists who help create the magic of live theatre.
On The Stage
Throughout the year the FWBHS Theatre Department produces Three full-length shows, this years opening fall play is "I & You," followed by the musical "Good Man Charlie Brown" and our spring musical is "Anastasia".
Competition Troupe 4967
In the advanced class, the entire first semester is dedicated to preparing for competition. The whole class works together to bring individual pieces as well as a one-act play. During the 2nd semester, a select group of highly ranked students will compete in one of the world's biggest High school Thespian Competitions, The Florida International Thespian competition.
This year alone the FWBHS theatre department walked away with multiple superior ratings and will represent the district with a historical play at the state level, read more below.
